After a not bad Friday (following a no sleep Thursday night) I was hopeful of having a good Saturday. a walk to Costa proved hard and later tesco resulted in trouble. by lunchtime I had shutdown to a strong treacle

this improved by 6.but I did not see this coming.

I still fight of congestion and sore throat… with omicron raging through the schools.
