day started typical (ok but tired). late morning I went (first session) to acupuncturist. some mixed heavy and lighter feeling of arms and legs. Central sternum point was sore and wss fixed. I left geelong like I was better but so exhausted I could not show it. I was in treacle.

heart rate came down massively 29bpm improvement

felt better in tge evening after rest… again a good sign and it’s been a while since that was possible

tried a walk (crawl for me). felt terrible
