220322 #trip of lifetime

March 22, 2022 Off By kevin dyke

wow what a crazy few weeks. I managed to get myself to Indonesia and through quarentine, across to site and back. with only good memories.

my body handled the heat and largely my condition was invisible. making use of the buggy, avoiding lunch and redmeat was good enough to keep me on the straight and narrow

returning home however, the kids killed off what was left in my gas tank, and bit of paralysis saturday.

Tuesday I went off to Middlesborough and all went OK, including a lot of walking.

next weekend I would say I felt OK but had very little in the tank. however, I looked good for my condition and in general would say my face and spine are doing better than my energy would normally allow (very positive)

today I had osteopath and some jammed up muscles in my lower back, puffiness in left shoulder and pressure neck base of skull. left with the neck and back better.

sleeping nearly 12 hours a day, but yawning away as oppose to fatigue only.
