the voyage and sea sleep, cost me a full day out of service. this morning I awoke with reasonable mobility which allowed some beach fun and games. however seated for late dinner and an attempt to read at 830 was all that was needed to prompt a rapid shutdown. partial facial and spine. bed at 2130
