210223#52 neck what neck

much better day (still below par) but a welcome change.

osteo treated neck, and I left feeling great hopefully 4th time lucky and it stays fixed. lower back pain was treated. some sternum pain, last couple of days and headaches.

heart / chest pains since Saturday. beleive acupuncturist improvement to my breathing volume has released tension in my torso… and pain is intercostal rib muscle. also had swelling under chest close to sternum. Will keep an eye on it for a week. breathing volume improvement confirmed by osteo, also stairs are getting easier.
