Tired in the evening but no mobility issues. Went out for Thai meal. The journeydegraded my health. Was difficult company for. M. Advice from. Neurology went to A&E for bloods for potassium. Seems low but not concerning. Staff were horrified… Concerned…. Then surprises as I recovered by 2150….

Still, could do with some sleep.
