220612# Sunday no funday

A very busy and taxing day yesterday resulting in a tired sleep. This is the 5th night this week not sleeping deeply.

Morning start OK, but walking 1km quickly went off in a downwards spiral, and the walk home from the shops was hard. I took some electro but very acutely my painful neck. Went from an annoying companion to an excruciating pain. Causing me tears and sensor issues. I took. Hebay pain killer’s and eventually manages a 2hr sleep in the middle of the day.

The evening my muscle control etc and neck were much better, but very little energy left in the tank.
