4 weeks of being great, this week has been busy and I’d like some more sleep but all is well. osteo corrected some alignment in lower back. needles for energy but no tension in spine (again). on that basis I booked in for a physio assessment.

the electrics are done for the left hand side shelves. very happy with my progress. now trying to tidy up all the spare wood, and finish cupboard ready for the tank.

J came over and we had the monumental moment of playing musical chairs. the beast has been relocated to the play room and the world seems closer to normal (very exciting)
