Big day at local theme park, able to walk the full day and carry rucksack. so all in all better than last year.

weather was hot but with breeze and some shade, so enjoyable.

punchbag…. had a shot on boxing ball, my back, shoulder arm, forearm hand and all fingers tingled in pain for a good 10mins after hitting the machine. muscles were fine but nervous system went bananas.
