June 20, 2021weekend with the full family, all going great. but.
at the end of the grill had to put out the ribs fire, the lower spit bar dropped and shocked my back. weight maybe 30kg plus. but it lead to immediate paralysis for an hour before my facial and micro movements came back. the rest of the day was OK but I was exhausted from fighting the half on handbrake.
Sunday was fine but feeling heavy and lunch left me feeling very slow. need to up acv and go meat free for a while
