still feeling tired, measured over the last few days. I attended the osteo. 4 weeks since my last visit.

I had some. trouble with my neck, left shoulder and lower back. my gosh, every touch felt like a pressure point and most of the session was release spasms that I didn’t realise where there as trouble. feeling quite sore s I write this tonight.
